Compass,
San Francisco
Compass, a technology driven real estate firm, sought a new office reflecting the cutting edge services and modern company culture. The space boasts an open plan suitable for a variety of scenes: socialization, heads down work, and distinctive areas for collaboration. Linear pendant lighting brings an element of drama against the stark black exposed rafters, while providing soft light for rows of desks. The monochrome aesthetic was brightened with wall sconce huddle rooms. The historical nature of the space still shines through the updated color palette, its restrained layers of light allowing the architecture to take center stage.
