A new construction building with 162 units and a total of 6 courtyards on a 58,000 sf site, town 29 was an anticipated addition to Oakland’s Telegraph Street. This rental apartment community houses a fitness center, resident lounge with gourmet kitchen, dog spa and a BBQ deck. The lighting program supports the buildings architecture, provides safety at street level and enhances the playful community oriented interior design.
